Returns and Exchanges

Returns

For in stock items, we gladly accept all returns and offer a refund (price paid minus shipping) for unworn in items in new condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (this has never happened — but there’s a first time for everythingJ). We would rather workout any issues with your piece whether it be sizing, color, shape, etc.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED CUSTOM HAND STAMPED ITEMS.
Although if there is an error that I have made, we will absolutely redesign the piece of jewelry and mail it to you.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of customized products, we currently do not offer the option to exchange items.

Shipping and Packaging

In stock items ship within 3 business days.

Please allow 10 days for custom made items.

We proudly ship via USPS first class. There is the option to upgrade Priority Mail (2-3 days) or Express Mail (2 day service) with up to $50 in insurance coverages. We do offer confirmation numbers. Once the item is shipped, we are not responsible for how long USPS takes to deliver.

Packaging

All items are packaged in a box, with care instructions, hand written note and inspirational memento.

Materials Used

We use a wide variety of heavy gauge, high quality materials: Aluminum, sterling silver, stainless steel, copper, brass, Swarovski crystals and gemstone beads to name a few. If you have reactions to certain metals, please email us so we can talk through your piece.

Aluminum is an ecologically and economically friendly, lightweight, fairly hypoallergenic, non-tarnish, non-rusting and easy to clean metal. Aluminum is a soft metal and can be prone to scratches.

Brass is an economical alternative to gold, light weight, strong easy to clean and long wearing metal.

Stainless Steel is a moderately heavy, durable, shiny (mirror finish), resistant to tarnish/rust and has a low reactivity rate with the skin.

Copper can cause reactions with acidic skin. However it is generally safe to wear and some believe it has healing properties. Cooper develops a patina (greenish look) when it is exposed to water. It is advised Remove copper jewelry before bathing, swimming, doing dishes, putting on lotion or makeup.

Sterling Silver is a wonderfully shiny and beautiful precious metal. It can be prone to scratches, tarnish and corrosion.  With occasional shining and proper care, it is sure to maintain its beauty forever.

Necklace Lengths offered are 18 -28 inches.

Bracelet sizes are as follows

Expandable Bangles: 55mm accommodates up to 6.5in wrist; 60mm accommodates up to – 7 – 7.5 inch wrist; 65mm accommodates 7.5 to 8in wrist. If you are unsure of your wrist size, please use the following printable ruler to help.
