The Goochland Leadership Enterprise (GLE) is a community leadership program sponsored by the Goochland County Board of Supervisors in cooperation with the Virginia Cooperative Extension. The program is designed to help residents learn more about county government, community services, local resources, and issues affecting Goochland while developing valuable leadership skills.
Planning is currently underway for Class 28, which will begin in October 2026, and applications are now being accepted.
Whether you are a new resident or have lived in Goochland County your entire life, GLE provides an excellent opportunity to:
- Gain a deeper understanding of local government operations
- Learn about county services and community resources
- Develop leadership and civic engagement skills
