Prayer List

Dear heavenly father in your son Jesus name we pray with humble hearts, we come before you, seeking your comfort and peace for the family of Mr. Raymond Jenkins, Jr. During this season of sorrow, we ask that you surround each member of the Jenkins family with your unfailing love and sustaining grace. Strengthen them when they feel weary, comfort them in their moments of grief, and remind them that your presence is always near to the brokenhearted.

Lord, we thank you for the life of Raymond Jenkins, Jr., and for the memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. May your promises bring hope to this family as they place their trust in You, knowing that You are our refuge, our strength, and our ever-present help in times of trouble.

We lift before You the funeral service that will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 1630 Manakin Road, Manakin-Sabot, Virginia 23103. We pray that every word spoken, every song sung, and every expression of love will bring honor to You and provide comfort, encouragement, and peace to all who gather.

Oh, Gracious and loving God,

We lift before you those who are sick and shut in. Touch them with your healing hand, surround them with your peace, and strengthen them in body, mind, and spirit. Let them feel your presence even in moments of weakness and loneliness. We trust you, Lord, and thank you for your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
