Veterans, seniors, family members, and caregivers are invited to attend this spiritually led informational workshop designed to help participants stay active, stay connected, and stay empowered.
The workshop will provide valuable resources, encouragement, and information beneficial to veterans and senior adults. Lunch will be provided. Please see Community Notices for additional details

Annual Jerry A. Allen Memorial Education and Scholarship Ministry Recognition of Graduates and Awards Service
Sunday, June 28, 2026, • 10:00 a.m.
Come join and celebrate the academic achievements and extracurricular accomplishments of our youth and young adults during the Annual Jerry A. Allen Memorial Education and Scholarship Ministry Recognition of Graduates and Awards Service. The guest speaker will be Rev. Tasha King, Youth Minister of Shady Grove Baptist Church, Gum Spring, Virginia. Following the service, everyone is invited to remain for a special Luncheon Cookout. Bring your family, friends, and children as we honor and encourage the next generation. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and tents for outdoor fellowship and fun.
Graduate and Awards Recognition- All active members and youth affiliated with Fauquier Baptist Church who wish to be recognized are asked to complete a Recognition of Graduates and Awards Form. Forms are available from any member of the Education and Scholarship Ministry Committee. Please return completed forms to a committee member as soon as possible and no later than June 14, 2026.
Information submitted on the forms will be used to prepare a special printed insert for the Recognition Service. Grade levels and educational information provided will also assist in determining recognition gifts and the distribution of back-to-school supplies during our Sunday, August 2, 2026, 10:00 a.m. Worship Service.
