July’s Reflection
Dear Members and Friends,
As we enter the month of July, we join our nation in celebrating the 250th Anniversary of America’s Independence (1776–2026). We thank God for the courageous men and women whose faith, sacrifice, vision, and perseverance helped establish and preserve this great nation. While we honor America’s rich heritage and the freedoms we enjoy, we are reminded that every good and perfect gift comes from God, and that our greatest freedom is found in Jesus Christ.
The Psalmist reminds us, “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” (Psalm 33:12, KJV). As believers, we are called not only to celebrate our nation’s history but also to pray for its future. God has entrusted His people with the responsibility of being examples of faith, love, righteousness, and unity in a world that is searching for hope.
As we reflect on our nation’s past and look toward its future, we must also take time to reflect on our own spiritual journey. More than half of this year has already passed, and it is amazing how quickly time flies. Let us not become so occupied with the cares of this world that we neglect our relationship with God. The time to seek His will, trust His direction, and live according to His Word is not tomorrow—it is today. Each day is a gift from God and another opportunity to grow in faith, extend His love to others, and fulfill the purpose He has placed upon our lives.
The Apostle Paul encourages us: “See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. “Ephesians 5:15–16 (KJV)
As we continue through this season, may our hearts remain steadfast, our faith unwavering, and our commitment to Christ stronger than ever. Let us be a church that not only celebrates God’s blessings but also shares His love with everyone we encounter.
We invite you to join us each Sunday for Sunday School and Morning Worship, and every Wednesday evening for Prayer, Praise, and Bible Study, as we continue growing together in Christ and experiencing the transforming power of God’s Word.
May God richly bless you, your family, our church, our community, and our nation.
